Service questions

Decide with fewer assumptions

These answers explain the first decisions. A cargo-specific review is still required before quotation and booking.

Browse all FAQs →
01Which freight service should I choose?

Start with the required delivery date, shipment size, destination and delivery scope. Air or express usually suits urgent cargo; FCL and LCL suit larger or less urgent freight; DDP is considered when an eligible door-to-door scope is required.

02Can QIFLY collect from several suppliers?

Yes. Cargo can be collected or received from multiple Chinese suppliers, checked against the agreed receiving information and consolidated before export.

03Does a DDP quote always include every charge?

Only the items expressly stated in the quotation are included. Cargo eligibility, duties, taxes, inspections, remote-area delivery, special handling and storage must be reviewed for each shipment.

04What information is needed for an accurate quote?

Provide the China pickup city, destination, product description, quantity, gross weight, dimensions or CBM, trade term, cargo-ready date and any battery, liquid, magnetic or dangerous-goods status.
