02

Clarify missing details

QIFLY requests the information needed for acceptance, routing or quotation.

Compare workable options

Suitable modes, schedules and service scopes are considered for the cargo.

Contact FAQ

Questions before you message the team

These answers help you choose the contact path and prepare the first inquiry.

Browse all FAQs →
01What should I send in my first message?

Send the pickup city, destination, exact product description, package count, weight, dimensions, cargo-ready date and any battery, liquid, powder or magnetic status.

02Should I use email or WhatsApp?

Use email when you have packing lists, photos or detailed records. WhatsApp is useful for a quick first conversation. Important shipment scope should still be confirmed in writing.

03Can I send confidential commercial documents?

Send only information necessary for the inquiry and use the approved QIFLY contact channel. Do not send banking passwords, payment credentials or unrelated personal data.

04Can QIFLY confirm a rate from a product photo only?

A photo helps identify the cargo, but a useful quotation also needs final packed quantity, weight, dimensions, route, ready date and delivery scope.
