Shipment-specific written terms take priority over general website content.

You are responsible for providing complete, current and accurate information, including:

• Cargo description, quantity, value, weight, dimensions and packaging.
• Origin, destination, contact and delivery details.
• Battery, liquid, magnetic, dangerous, controlled or restricted cargo information.
• Commercial invoices, packing lists, permits, certificates and other required documents.

4. Customs, Duties and Compliance

Customs, tax, duty, product, import and export requirements depend on the actual cargo, value, route and parties involved. Website content does not replace advice from a qualified customs, tax or legal professional.

The customer remains responsible for the accuracy and legality of information and documents supplied for a shipment, except where a written service agreement expressly states otherwise.

5. Tracking and Third-Party Services

Carrier tracking, maps, WhatsApp, email and other external links are provided for convenience. Availability, scan timing, location data, content, security and privacy practices are controlled by the relevant third party.

QIFLY is not responsible for third-party websites or for delays, omissions or inaccuracies in third-party tracking information.

The QIFLY name, branding, website design, text, graphics and published shipment materials are owned by or licensed to QIFLY and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
