Shipment Tracking

Track international freight with the right reference

Choose how your cargo is moving, identify the number on the transport document, then continue to the official carrier system.

Read the transport document—not the supplier order

A supplier invoice, purchase order or QIFLY quotation number is not necessarily recognized by the carrier system.

Tracking expectations

Carrier milestones are operational signals

Updates can appear after terminal handling, customs processing or data exchange is completed.

01

Allow time

A new booking or recently handed-over shipment may not show its first event immediately.

02

Check every character

A zero, letter O, missing airline prefix or extra space can prevent a result.

03

Read local time carefully

Carrier events may use the local time zone of the port, airport or hub.

04

Ask when the event stalls

Send QIFLY the reference and screenshot if a milestone needs operational clarification.
