01Does door-to-door shipping mean DDP?+
No. Door-to-door describes the physical movement from pickup to delivery. DDP also allocates import-duty and customs responsibilities and requires a compliant shipment-specific arrangement.

Only the items expressly listed in the quotation are included. Inspections, customs reassessment, storage, demurrage, remote-area delivery, failed delivery and specialist unloading may be excluded or conditional.
03Can every product and destination use DDP?+
No. Availability depends on product eligibility, destination rules, importer structure, tax treatment and an approved service path. Review eligibility before booking.
04Does final delivery include unloading or installation?+
Not automatically. Liftgate, forklift, crane, labor, inside delivery, stairs, assembly and installation require explicit confirmation.
05What if nobody is available to receive the cargo?+
A failed delivery may cause redelivery, waiting or storage charges. Provide a responsible destination contact and confirm appointments or receiving hours before dispatch.
06Who pays import duties under DAP or DDU?+
Under DAP, import duties and taxes are normally the buyer's responsibility. DDU is an older term often used commercially for duties-unpaid delivery. The written quotation controls the actual arrangement.
