What customers need to know
Open a question to read the answer and continue to deeper guidance where appropriate.
01How will I receive shipment updates?+
Update frequency and milestones depend on the service. Typical checkpoints may include pickup, warehouse receiving, booking, departure, arrival, customs status and delivery within the agreed scope.
02Why has the estimated arrival date changed?+
Carrier schedules, missed connections, weather, congestion, customs, inspections, port operations and delivery appointments can change timing. Estimated dates are not guarantees unless contractually stated.
03What should I do if cargo arrives damaged?+
Record the condition immediately, preserve packaging, take clear photos, note exceptions on the delivery receipt where permitted and notify the responsible parties without delay. Do not dispose of evidence before instructions.
04Is cargo insurance automatically included?+
No. Cargo insurance is optional unless an approved policy is expressly included. Carrier liability is limited and is not the same as insurance coverage.
Explore Cargo Insurance →05What documents may be needed for a claim?+
Requirements vary, but commercial invoices, packing lists, transport records, delivery exceptions, photos, survey evidence and timely written notice are commonly important.
06Can a previous case predict my shipment timing?+
No. A case can demonstrate real route, cargo and operating facts, but cannot guarantee future carrier space, customs treatment, price or transit performance.
